How we use your email

The short version: if you sign up for the puzzle post, we keep your email address so we can send you the free puzzle pack and the odd email about new books. We don't sell it or pass it on, and you can unsubscribe whenever you like.

Who we are

My Puzzle Books (mypuzzlebooks.co.uk) is run by M J Gentry. You can reach us at hello@mypuzzlebooks.co.uk.

What we collect and why

• Your email address, if you type it into the sign-up form. We use it to send the free puzzle pack and occasional emails about new books. We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
• Basic technical logs kept by our hosting provider to keep the site running and secure, such as IP addresses and the pages requested.

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who helps us

• Cloudflare hosts the website.
• Resend sends our emails and stores the mailing list. Resend is based in the United States and holds account data there.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, so your browser fetches font files from Google.
• Amazon sells every book. When you click through to Amazon, Amazon's own privacy notice applies.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent, by emailing hello@mypuzzlebooks.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
